What is the difference between a steel-wood interior door and a wooden door?

Our doors use color-coated steel skins with a wood-grain finish over a honeycomb or PU core — you get the wood look at a lower cost with a steel frame, instead of solid timber throughout. The structure is steel interior door with wood-grain finish, not solid wood.

Can the wood-grain color and door size be customized?

Yes. Over 20 stock designs and colors (pure white, black walnut, Israeli walnut, 50° grey, red and more); Z-series patterns can be custom-designed. Custom sizes up to 2050 × 840 × 40 mm (leaf) are available, confirmed by volume with mixed styles allowed.

Are the frame, lock and hinges included in the quote?

The listed prices cover door leaf + steel frame + standard hardware (iron handle, 304 SS hinges, lock cylinder with keys). Lock body options (9977, spherical, smart lock) and upgrades are quoted separately — we confirm the full configuration list with every quotation.

How many door sets fit in a 40HQ container?

With knock-down packing (leaf flat-packed, frames bundled), around 920 sets per 40HQ is our reference example. The exact number depends on door size, packing type and hardware — send us your size list and we will prepare a loading plan with per-set freight cost.

What are the payment, delivery and lead-time terms?

Prices are EXW Zhejiang; FOB/CIF available on request. Production lead time is about 30 days after order confirmation; quotations valid 60 days. Contact us for the payment terms applicable to your order size and market.

Is this door suitable for bathrooms or outdoors?

Our doors are designed as interior room doors. Application conditions (humid rooms, covered exterior areas) should be confirmed with us per model — we will advise the right core, edge and finish configuration for your environment.
